LORAIRÉ respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit or make a purchase from our online store, how we use and share that information, and the choices and rights available to you. By using our website, you agree to the practices described below.
Information we collect
When you browse our store, place an order, create an account or contact customer care, we may collect: your name; email address; phone number (if you choose to provide it); billing address; shipping address; order details and purchase history; and communications you send to us. We also automatically collect limited technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, referring pages and the pages you view on our site. Payment information — including card numbers — is submitted directly to and processed securely by Shopify and its payment processors. LORAIRÉ does not store or have access to your full payment card details.
Order fulfillment and customer service
We use your personal information to process and fulfill your orders, including authorizing payment, confirming your purchase, arranging shipment with our fulfillment and shipping partners, providing tracking updates, handling returns and refunds, and responding to your customer service inquiries. Some of our products are shipped by trusted third-party fulfillment partners, and we share only the information necessary to deliver your order, such as your name, shipping address, contact details and the items purchased. We also use order information to detect and prevent fraud and to comply with our legal and tax obligations.
Marketing communications
We send marketing emails, including new arrivals, restocks, promotions and beauty content, only to customers who have given consent by subscribing to our newsletter or opting in at checkout or account creation. You may withdraw your consent at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by contacting us through our Contact page. Withdrawing consent will not affect transactional messages such as order confirmations, shipping notifications, password resets and other communications necessary to service your purchase.

Our store is hosted on Shopify, and all pages, including checkout, are served over encrypted SSL/TLS connections; payment data is handled in a PCI-DSS compliant environment by our payment processors. No method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information and to address any security incident promptly.
