International shipping
We currently ship worldwide. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your package is delayed or marked as lost, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue. Refunds are only issued for packages confirmed lost in transit.
